1. What should I do if my baby becomes fussy or sleepy during the photo session? (Newborn session)
Our photography style is all about capturing real-life moments in a lifestyle way. We can incorporate different activities into the session, such as feeding, soothing, or even sleeping. These are all genuine, everyday scenes, and we will continue to photograph them without any interruptions. In our 45-90 mins session for newborns, it's quite common for a baby to spend around half an hour in a sleepy state, and we find those moments incredibly cute and worth capturing.
2. Can we still have a photo session if our baby/kids are shy or not cooperate?
Certainly! When we conduct our sessions at your home (newborn session), there is a comfortable environment that your baby is familiar with, which helps them feel secure and minimizes any potential shyness. During the session, the only people who will directly interact with your baby are Mom and Dad. Unless you request assistance, our photographer won't directly engage with your baby. As the session going on, your baby will gradually become more accustomed to our new "big friend" in the house, and they often become quite curious about the camera. So, there's no need to worry too much about shyness.
3. How many people will be present during the photo session?
All our photography sessions are conducted by a single photographer, and there are no assistants or additional staff. Having just one photographer present can help reduce any potential anxiety or shyness, especially for babies who may be wary of strangers.
Our goal is to capture genuine interactions and emotional connections within your family. We believe that parents are the best at making babies smile and feel comfortable. To achieve the best results in family photography, we encourage both Mom and Dad, as well as the baby, to actively participate in the session. Our focus isn't solely on photographing the baby; it's about capturing the bonds and interactions between family members.
4. What if the weather is bad or if there are unforeseen circumstances after booking?
We understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise. In the case of bad weather, we will assess the weather conditions on the scheduled day to determine if rescheduling is necessary.
5. Do you provide makeup services?
We do not provide makeup services because our photography style is focused on capturing natural, lifestyle moments. There's no need to engage a professional makeup artist for elaborate styling, as it may appear unnatural. For mothers participating in the session, we recommend applying simple, everyday makeup that you would wear for work or when going out. Avoid heavy makeup or elaborate hairstyles – the goal is to maintain a natural and relaxed appearance.
6. Do you provide the raw, unedited images?
We do not give our the RAW images. Photography is an art form and part of that art is in the editing. So giving out unedited ,RAW images is like unfinished work, and they may not fully reflect our aesthetic standards and expertise. You wouldn’t want that anyway :P
Our packages already include a generous number of edited photos. If you desire more photos, you can participate in our photo sharing promotion to receive additional images.

7. What kinds of editing do you do?
We won’t alter the way you look other than temporary thins like ablemish if asked. We also dont edit out wardrobe issues like bra straps so please make sure to wear items you are happy with. If htere are people in the background, we will try to edit them out (if possible), but won’t alter a location other than that.
If there is additional editing that you’d like to request that goes beyond this, you can put in a request and we will create a custom quote based on the complexity of the edits you have in mind.
8. When will we receive our images?
We will deliver the amount edited images of the session you booked with in two weeks after.
9. How do I book a session?
Get in touch, send us your enquiry and we will get back to you asap. Let's know you better before you sign the contract. And a non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure your session. That's it!
